5. Remembering the Foundation in Your Will:

Making a bequest to the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia, no matter how small, is an investment in the future of the community. Should you wish to consider leaving the Foundation a bequest, the following wording can be used as a guide;

Specific Legacy

"I give and bequeath to the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia the sum of $_____ free of estate Duty to be applied for the purpose of the said Foundation in such manner as the Board of Directors thereof may determine and I declare that the Receipt of its Chief Executive, Treasurer or other authorised officer shall be a complete discharge of this Bequest."

Residual Bequest

"I give and bequeath to the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia the rest and residue of my Estate to be applied for the purpose of the said Foundation in such manner as the Board of Directors thereof may determine and I declare that the Receipt of its Chief Executive, Treasurer or other authorised officer shall be a complete discharge of this Bequest."

Percentage Bequest
